INTRODUCTION
Liquid Ton Bag Making Machine uses modular hot pressing device. The electrical parts use real-time operation function.  Besides, the system also has a computer-controlled shrink sealing function, adopting upper and lower hot cutter to ensure bag's high-quality . All of these contribute to  the shape change  method of bag production with one click.

Machine Advantages
1.The sealing system is controlled by German UPT technology to greatly reduce the shutdown and scrap; the machine completes 1000 L~ 1500 L liquid packaging bag, and completes complete the three-dimensional liquid bag one out and one up.Add the valve and patch function.
2. The whole servo is controlled by EtherCat bus drive, and the automatic increase force of each film is corrected.22 sets of Japanese panasonic servo motor and 50 sets of mobile servo motor control system, including 8 volumes main film with servo active roll, equipped with 6 sets of ultrasonic correction system, 6 sets of high precision ultrasonic distance sensor diameter, floating swing arm using Japan SMC precision cylinder with absolute value encoder PLC calculation control, so as to achieve each section of membrane tension without tensile state and stable and reliable.
3. In-screen data is managed through digital collection function of industrial Internet of Things, and real-time control by ipad.
