II Electronic components
1. Machine frame
●Structure: the whole frame is a combination type with quality cast iron row covers in width of 400mm, height of 1800mm and thickness of 60mm
● The protective roll has high precision, the surface is oxidized and the balance is less than 5G. It can be adjusted from left to right. Aluminum rollers are installed at the corner of the bend, which is Φ100 x 1350 mm.

2. Transmission
●Structure: The vector inverter is used to control the vector motor, and the synchronous wheel on the motor shaft drives the synchronous wheel on the transmission shaft to drive each group of gear boxes to the printing plate. Flexible connection is at each joint of each gear box.
●Features: accurate transmission and saving power. Machine starts at low speed and full load as well as speed up automatically.

3. Unwinding
●Structure:

4. Unwinding and traction
●Structure: It adopts combination of hard and soft, double cylinder pressing and adjustable pressure, and the tension is controlled by vector swing arm voltage feedback to control vector motor to realize vector closed loop control line speed.
●It adopts film tension automatic control device before printing and pneumatic swing arm device.
●Tension control mode: it adopts floating roller and imported precision pressure regulating valve to stabilize tension.
●Steel roller is a power roller with weight less than 10g, driven alone by motor. The synchronous wheel of the motor drives that synchronous wheel of the steel roller to provide power.
●The clutch of the rubber roller: through the expansion and contraction of the cylinder, the electronic magnetic valve switch control realizes the clutch.
The pressure is controlled by a pneumatic pressure regulating valve.
●Features: constant tension, smooth feed, rigid and soft combination, tension section is assured, independent tension closed-loop control to provide stable printing tension and high accuracy of chromatography

5. Printing
1) Shaftless version
●Structure: it adopts shaftless version and the horizontal installation size ensures the initial position of the plate roller.
●It adopts the cylinder to pull the plate roller and the lateral manual adjustment adopts the screw movement.
●Features: it is easy to change version. With high concentricity to improve product quality.

2) Impression
●Structure: the swing arm type double cylinder lifting and self-locking position protects the cylinder from leaking and stopping the cylinder, and the pressure of each group is adjustable.

3) Scraper
●Structure: 3-direction adjustable heavy scraper can be adjusted up and down and worker can adjust scraper’s angle. The scraper’s pressure is in double pressure type. The lateral movement adopts independent synchronous motor to rotate the cam.

5) Drying
●Structure: the external closed oven adopts a centrifugal fan to blow the air, is equipped with secondary return air to form a hot air circulation system and is equipped with air inlet preheating.●The electric heating tube is distributed in the air outlet of each group of ovens for heating. The temperature is controlled by intelligent temperature control. Each oven outlet is equipped with a cooling bellows to ensure film cooling.
