1. What is the function of the spout bag machine with a conveyor belt?

Simply put, it's a receiving station. Workers don't need to collect finished bags from boxes; they can collect them sitting or standing.

It makes the process neater, easier to collect, and easier to inspect.

1) I don't know if spare parts are available locally. Usually, customers purchase some spare parts when ordering. We provide spare parts to customers, and they rarely request anything else.

2) Replacing takes about half an hour, but adjustment takes time. Replacing four sets of copper molds, four clamps, and adjusting the track and corresponding vibratory feeder takes about a day.

4) It can be done, but the required welding time and temperature are different. (Welding time and temperature are determined by the bag material)

4. Molds are not interchangeable. For example, an 8.6mm nozzle and a 10mm nozzle are not interchangeable. Also, the 8.6mm nozzle may come from different manufacturers and is also not interchangeable.

5. Common faults and defect rates of ordinary and high-speed nozzle welding machines:

1) What are the most common defects during nozzle welding? For example, leakage? Deformation? What are the approximate defect rates for each?

2) What are some common equipment malfunctions?

3) Which of these two types of machines has a higher defect rate?

4) In case of a malfunction, which machine is easier to repair? What types of malfunctions typically occur?

 5) Is there any statistical data on the defect rate during nozzle welding?

 Ordinary Machine

 If the bag is not placed correctly, the welding is crooked. If the bag is not opened wide enough, the inlet is blocked, and the welding cannot reach the correct position, resulting in defective products. This requires readjusting the bag, the opening, and the bag clamping position. Once adjusted, this problem will not occur.

 The defect rate is approximately 1%.

 Once adjusted correctly, it won't be a problem. Common faults that become more stable with use include loose suction cups, silicone heads falling off, and incorrect air pressure.

 Molds are not interchangeable. For example, an 8.6mm nozzle is not compatible with a 10mm nozzle. Even within the 8.6mm nozzle, different manufacturers' nozzles may be involved, making them incompatible as well.

High-speed machines

A common issue is that if the nozzle isn't properly welded, the machine will reject it, causing leakage. A separate machine is needed to test for these problems. A pressure test can be implemented. Once the test is successful, stable production is fine.

The defect rate depends on the quality of the bags and nozzles. Good quality bags have a defect rate of 1/10,000, while most have a rate of 1/1000.

Common faults are minimal. The only issue is that with a large number of bags produced, frequent changes in scale waste time and productivity.

 A Moroccan customer previously only produced one size of bag, and it ran without any problems for two years.

 Suitable for producing one or two sizes.
